I have always lived here, by the sea, I can’t comprehend living inland and not hearing it, seeing it, smelling it and if possible; feeling it or the atmosphere it creates. The sea is a wild place that I adore and respect.

This perfume brings that fresh, salty wildness along with the amazing scent of rock samphire that Dover in particular is known for. We don’t make much use of samphire in this country but the scent is quite something; seaweed with a more herbal aspect. This is such a nice light perfume that is quite something.

Now, when I suggested making a perfume capturing the scent of Dover on social media I did attract a number of obvious disparaging comments as modern Dover being a busy UK port has had it’s fair share of issues, but the sea is what draws us all here, and combined with our wonderful and varied history I also named it with the Roman word for our town: Dubris.

Allergens present in this product: Linalol, Limonene, Citral

Warnings: For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Flammable. Keep away from heat or flame. Do not use on children less than 2 months or on open wounds. When using this product keep out of eyes, ears, and mouth. In case of contact with eyes, rinse eyes thoroughly with water. Store between 15-30C.
