This winter feels such a long one and I know plenty (myself included) are feeling cooped up and wanting to do things, and of course there are plenty of people out there under immense stress and worry over the impact this weather is having.
So why not treat yourself (or someone you know) to some distance healing or help with meditation either in your own time or assisted by me over the phone? Time and distance is not a problem, although if you are local you can always have me come round for the more personal approach.
